Friday Illustration: Captain

My dad is an airline pilot. He flies 737's for Aeromexico. My brother, both my uncles and me refer to him as "el capitan" when we are joking.

When I read the word captain at this week's friday illustration all I could think of was my dad coming home after 6 days of flying with lots of destinations on the itinerary(no resting days in between). So here you go: A captain after 6 days of hard work.

Illustration Friday: Polar

I know Polar Bears live in the North Pole and penguins in the South Pole. But wouldn't it be cool? Well.....except for the poor penguin.

Bottle, Skull and Crossbones

Here are 2 more illustrations. The skull and crossbones is inspired by one of my all time favorite video games, Grim Fandango. I really miss those adventure games. Any one remembers Day of the Tentacle or Full Throttle?

Spirit Skull and Alien

Here are a couple of ideas I've done recently. First I draw a sketch then I scan it, everything else I do in Illustrator. I don't have a tablet yet (I will get it at the end of the month), for now it's all done with a stupid mouse.

This is my first Illustration Friday post, I hope you like it. I got the inspiration thanks to my grandpa getting injured trying to lift things or having small accidents, that worries me.
